Yes! We provide a full OBD system scan report from the vehicle at the time of the inspection. We use the same scanner technology as the car dealerships, and provide true and accurate information for any DTC the scanner obtained and will send you a full copy.
Most reports are completed the same day of the inspection. Some inspections may require more time to process.
In most cases yes. We contact the seller and work out a time that works best.
We are a pre-paid mobile service. Order the service at Karcheckz. After payment we will communicate using the information you provide. If the item sells before we can inspect it you will be given all your money back to the original payment method.
If the inspection can not be performed for any reason you will be given a full refund to the original payment method used.
Yes! Just request a verbal report. You can get a call once the inspection has been finished.
It is not necessary. We kindly ask you to let the inspector do his job without distractions. Please give them space to work. Once your inspection is performed you will obtain a copy of the findings.
Yes! We send an inspector to the vehicle location?
Yes! In some cases, we ride as a passenger because of unforeseen reasons. We can monitor and report good information from the passenger seat.
Yes! We use the most up-to-date scan tool technology available that can identify all trouble codes.
Yes! We check for leaks and use mirrors and inspection scopes to see in hard to get to areas. We report these items in the report and send actual video footage.
Yes! We estimate how much brake life by looking how much pad is left.

Karcheckz will provide you with actual video footage of the vehicle during the inspection process. Our experienced inspector will check and test everything front to back, top to bottom. We provide a full report of all the findings sent to your email.
